To samozřejmě pravda není.

Have you encountered the fight against the new EU "seed regulation"? Here, in the CR, the professional (i.e. gardening,...) servers have taken over the news that the EU will prevent the exchange of seeds between neighbours, which is obviously erroneous as Art. 2 (d) of this Regulation withdraw this type of exchange from the scope of the Regulation. However, these Czech news do not include the source of these rumours; after short investigation, I found this oraganization, which fights against the whole Regulation (and which does not mention explicitly the ban presented by Czech "media".
It is quite sad that we are not willing to find ourselves the sources of information and solely we are spreading rumours among other readers - that is the big disadvantage of Internet as these rumours spread with exciting speed and minimum critical assessment. As (in my opinion) the mentioned organization´s aim was to draw attention of public to the prepared Regulation (which is far from being ideal or flawless), it is dangerous that some have "boned" the criticism of this Regulation to the sole (and untrue) claim and more important (and real) issues may be then omitted).
What is your point of view; have you heard of the Regulation?
